Carimua is a discovery platform that connects users with independent makeup artists (MUAs). We do not provide makeup services directly and are not involved in agreements between users and MUAs.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use Carimua.
User Accounts
Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Makeup Artist Profiles
MUAs are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profiles, including images, pricing, and availability. Carimua does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by MUAs.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Post misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or MUAs
- Attempt to compromise platform security or functionality
Content & Image Usage
Content uploaded to Carimua remains the property of its owners. By submitting content, you grant Carimua a non-exclusive right to display and promote it on the platform.
Third-Party Services
Carimua may link to external platforms such as Instagram or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.
Limitation of Liability
Carimua is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform or interactions between users and MUAs.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Carimua after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
